Had a really great time with the indoor outdoor pool! ! Super fun, even though the whole vibe is a little old school. They were a highlight! Nothing beats waffles in the morning, right? I could ignore the dated decor for that little slice of joy.

Distinctive charm but needs upkeep
The history of the hotel added a unique charm to my stay, especially with the impressive old train stack fireplace in the lobby that created a cozy atmosphere. The penitentiary barber chairs offered a fascinating touch, adding to the quirky decor that makes this place memorable.
The C97G plane out front is run down and feels unsafe, which detracts from the overall unique experience.

Lots of quirky charm with themed rooms that offer a unique touch, like the airplane outside that's fun to explore. The location's a big plus, super convenient for visiting nearby attractions such as the House on the Rock.
The overall ambiance feels musty and outdated. décor in common areas lacks warmth. Rooms show signs of neglect with scattered stains on the carpets and dim lighting. Shower pressure was inconsistent, and noise from adjacent rooms made it hard to relax. Breakfast choices were minimal, which could be a disappointment for some, and the game room barely deserves the title, with a non-functional pool table.

Unique stay with fun touches!
The Caesar's Palace 2 was a total vibe with its big tub and marble columns. Breakfast was alright, nothing fancy but good enough. The outdoor pool was closed, which was a bummer, but the cozy lounge with the barber chairs made up for it. Would be cool to see better food options.

Just a casual stop in Dodgeville with good price value. The bed was clean and comfortable, which was a plus. If you’re sensitive to smells, be cautious in the basement area.

Charming Stay Despite Old Touches
Our short, fun visit included a cozy atmosphere with a lovely view of the snow. The warm staff ensured all our needs were met. The double queen room had plenty of space, but updates to decor would enhance the experience. Don't miss the waffles at breakfast!
